About The Position

The Speech/Language Therapist assesses students referred for service, determines the severity of their speech and language remediation needs, and designs an appropriate program. The therapist also develops a therapy schedule at each assigned school to make effective use of available time. This is a full-time Preschool Early Intervention position serving Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. The schedule is 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., for 190 days per year. Early Intervention follows a stretch calendar that includes a summer session. The position is available December 14, 2026, with a minimum annual salary of $72,481.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech/Language.
• Pennsylvania certification in Speech Language Impaired.

• Three years of experience preferred.
