About The Position

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is a lot more than just “a play place." From first steps to first handstands, we are committed to creating wonderful Moments That Matter. Our gyms are safe, colorful, and oh-so-clean spaces, and our team members pride themselves on providing a fun, safe, and meaningful experience to every family who enters through our doors. Every day in more than 700 locations worldwide, My Gym kids attend amazing age-appropriate classes, camps and birthday parties taught by incredibly talented, fun, and happy grown-ups. Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN and learning never stops! Requirements

• Genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Commitment to train and take direction well/easily.
• Stage presence – if the idea of performing sounds scary, we might not be the right fit for you.
• Effective leadership and motivational skills.
• High-energy, loves to play, be silly.
• Warm friend.
• Team player who follows through and always gives 100%.
• Reliable and communicative.

Nice To Haves

• A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a huuuuge plus!

Responsibilities

• Sing, dance, and play all day in a T-shirt and socks.
• Provide a fun, positive, and happy vibe for children.
• Work weekends.

• Teach age-appropriate classes, camps, and birthday parties.
• Promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor and social skills through a variety of activities.
