Music Teacher (Instrumental)
About The Position
Goodwin University Magnet Schools is seeking an enthusiastic, certified Music/Instrumental Teacher to serve both Riverside Elementary Magnet and the CT River Academy middle school program in East Hartford, Connecticut. This is a full-time opening for the 2026–27 school year. The schools are Early College magnet schools with robust music programs and emphasize collaborative learning, project-based instruction, and academic excellence. The successful candidate will motivate students from diverse backgrounds and interests, teach music, and work with students from urban and suburban settings. The role calls for excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of and appreciation for multicultural education. The selected teacher will join a dynamic team of educators. Music certification (049) is required.

Responsibilities
