About The Position

We are My Gym Children’s Fitness Center – the ultimate children’s fitness and developmental activity center – in Overland Park, KS and we get to sing, dance, and play all day… in a T-shirt and socks!! We are looking for someone who loves kids, is generally silly, and enjoys really fun, positive, happy vibes. My Gym is THAT vibe! Pull on some joggers and socks, and WORK IT. We treat our team like family and really try to go out of our way to ensure their longevity, success, and happiness.

Requirements

• Genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages.
• Ability to work weekends.

• Effective leadership and motivational skills.

• A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a huuuuge plus!
