Empower Adult Learners as an English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor at CWI! Are you passionate about helping adult learners build confidence and opportunity through English language acquisition? The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor to provide engaging, student-centered instruction that supports learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for success in life, work, and further education. In this role, you’ll create a supportive learning environment, deliver meaningful instruction, and help students achieve educational and personal goals while contributing to CWI’s mission of transforming lives through education. This is an evening position: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. CWI’s Adult Education programs provide life-changing opportunities for individuals seeking to improve language skills, advance their careers, and become more engaged in their communities. As an ESL Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting diverse learners and helping them gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
