About The Position
Mother Mary Lange Catholic School is seeking a full-time Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic school year to join our dedicated Catholic school community. The Elementary Teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an engaging instructional program within a faith-based learning environment where every child is recognized as a unique child of God. The successful candidate will foster students' academic, spiritual, social, and emotional growth while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education. This educator will create a positive and nurturing classroom environment, deliver high-quality instruction aligned with established curriculum standards, assess student progress, and collaborate with families, colleagues, and school leadership to ensure student success. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to educational excellence, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for helping children develop their God-given talents and abilities. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education
- Current MSDE certification or ability to achieve required certification.
- Basic understanding and acceptance of Catholic school philosophy, goals, and objectives.
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn about the integration of technology into lessons.

Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans with clear objectives in line with the Archdiocesan guidelines.
- Provide grade-appropriate engaging instruction and learning activities for school students that adheres to the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
- Observes and assess student progress, keep detailed records, observe student behavior and progress, and communicate with parents.
- Attend all faculty meetings, professional development days, and workshops.
