Teacher/Caregiver- Little Learner Preschool 2026/2027
About The Position
The City of Peoria's Neighborhood and Human Services department is hiring for their Little Learners Program, located at Sunrise Family Center. This program is licensed by the Department of Health Services for students ages 3 to 5. This is an excellent opportunity for a childcare provider to collaborate with school personnel to develop a growing program. You will supervise and monitor children in your care by actively participating with them through play and staff led enrichment, such as literacy, arts and crafts, and STEAM projects. Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- CCC/AED certification is required within two months of hire.
- Will be a results-oriented, people person who is 16 years or older, and loves working with children.
- Will supervise and monitor children in your care by actively participating with them.
