About The Position

Circle Academy, a non-public special education school serving youth ages 5-21, is hiring Teacher Assistants for its Urbana and Rossville locations. This role contributes to the educational experience by supporting certified special education teachers and students in the classroom environment. The Teacher Assistant will help create a structured, nurturing classroom that fosters academic and social growth. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Prospective Teacher Assistants must be at least 21 years old, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to maintain client confidentiality. A pre-employment physical and background check are required.

Requirements

ISBE Para-Professional license is required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
