We’re looking for a Teacher Assistant to join our team at Play & Learn in Hatboro. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- CDA or willing to obtain
- 2+ years’ experience in a child care, preschool, or similar setting
- A team player with a positive attitude and a love for helping children thrive
- Physically able to actively engage with children and lift up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Foster a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe and supported
- Encourage creativity through art, music, and hands-on activities
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with a team that’s as passionate about early childhood education as you are
