About TES Academy TES Academy is a non-public charter school serving students ages 5-21. Many public districts in Ohio contract with us to assist in educating their students who require more intensive instruction. Our classroom sizes are small and teacher/student ratios are low, enabling students to receive the personal attention they need and deserve. About the Role 👩🏫👨🏫 As a Teacher Assistant, you will support our therapeutic learning program, providing academic and behavioral support to students.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to pass FBI and DOJ background checks
- Current TB test (within the last 6 months)
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance (minimum 25/50k liability coverage)
Responsibilities
- Assist with small group instruction and academic support
- Support student behavior and transitions under the direction of the Teacher/Intervention Specialist
- Help create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to student success and overall program goals
