About The Position
A Child's Place has several Teacher Aide positions available in Albany, NY. This position requires you to be on site and on time for your assigned shift. A Child's Place is on the bus line.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to get to work on time through a reliable form of transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Positive energy a must!
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development
Responsibilities
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Assist with getting children to and from buses and activities.
- Help to maintain a fun and interactive classroom.
- Assist with clean up and organization of the classroom.
- Help create an environment where children develop and learn to be successful in school.
- Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.
