In this position, contribute to a team highly engaged in all aspects of battery materials research including material synthesis, characterization, fabrication of coin and pouch cells, and testing for electrochemical performance. A Technical Expert (TE) in Battery Materials Chemistry is needed to lead and execute projects on battery material synthesis through hands-on experimentation, define material attributes and targets, and provide supplier guidance. The TE also continuously monitors and benchmarks industry trends in battery materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in Li and Na ion battery materials, primarily cathode but could also include electrolyte and anode.
