NEO is their flagship home robot designed to move, learn, and operate safely alongside people, and the company is focused on shipping this product. The Compliance team ensures that the humanoid robots meet global battery, safety, and regulated materials requirements, working closely with Hardware Engineering, Reliability, Manufacturing, and external certification bodies for worldwide product launches. As a Materials and Battery Compliance Engineer, you will lead battery and materials compliance efforts for the humanoid robot platform, interpreting global regulatory requirements, driving certification programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure products meet safety and market access requirements in key global markets.
