The Co-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible). Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site. Purpose: The TDS Cell & Gene Therapy Development Cell Therapy Development Co-Op will provide hands-on experience supporting process development activities for advanced cell therapy modalities, including CAR-T cell therapy. The student will contribute to research focused on cryopreservation processes, cell culture operations, and cell therapy development while gaining exposure to experimental design, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
