About The Position
Presbyterian Homes & Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for transitional care (TCU) at Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington in Bloomington, Minnesota. The RN provides and monitors high-quality clinical care and services to residents, consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices. The posting lists current openings for .4 NOC RN/LPN (TCU) and EOW RN/LPN (TCU). Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington is a village-like community offering assisted living, assisted living with memory care, care center/long-term care, long-term care with memory care, and transitional care/rehabilitation. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the state(s) where the applicant practices.
- Current CPR certification.
- Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative, and restorative clinical practices.
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.
