As a Customer Service Tax Specialist, you will work onsite 5 days per week supporting operations across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Work hours may vary based on business needs. This role is responsible for executing tax-related administrative, compliance, and customer support activities tied to Fire Suppression parts and products. You will partner across teams to ensure accurate tax handling, proper account setup, and compliance with applicable regulations while delivering a positive customer experience.
