About The Position

RSM’s Family Office Global Family Enterprise (GFE) practice provides compliance and consulting services to wealthy families and their private business or investment entities, including personal, charitable, trust, and estate and gift taxation. The practice supports tax engagements for clients before, during, and/or after their integration with the U.S. income and estate tax systems, with exposure to strategic international tax planning and compliance and structuring consultations for multinational individuals, families, and family offices. The Tax Senior Manager leads tax consulting and compliance engagements across jurisdictions, directs and reviews staff work, and manages projects and people. The role also administers engagements, builds understanding of clients’ businesses, family structures, and investments, and develops trusted-advisor relationships. The position contributes to talent development, recruiting, networking, and business development. RSM describes most roles as following a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site based on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs.
