Requirements

• 6+ months of phone-based sales experience required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced call environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
• Motivated by commission, goals, and performance
• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
• Build rapport and understand each client’s situation
• Present clear, tailored resolution options
