About The Position

Florida Power & Light Company is hiring a Tax Project Manager to participate in activities related to internal and management reporting requirements for NextEra tax forecasts. The role supports strategic analysis and reporting for tax expense, payments, cash taxes, and tax credit utilization across forecasts, budgeting, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Generate management reports supporting income tax expense and payments for forecasts and budgeting.
• Analyze cash tax payments and utilization of tax credits.
• Work with other departments on income statement, balance sheet, and income tax expense accounts, including reconciling variances.
• Assist with preparation of long-range forecasts of tax payments, income tax expense, and tax credit utilization.
