About The Position

A Tax Manager at Eide Bailly will work with staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline. This role involves reviewing, approving, and signing tax returns for release to clients. The Tax Manager will also coach and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and career development. Responsibilities include gathering relevant tax-related information from clients for accurate tax return preparation, analyzing tax situations from various angles to ensure maximum tax benefit, networking to build relationships and attract new clients, and billing clients for services provided.

Requirements

Keep up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry's regulations and policies.
Problem-solving skills and ability to notice issues while bringing solutions to the table.
Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
Ability to read a financial statement.
Hold a CPA license or Enrolled Agent Certification.
5-7 years of experience in public accounting tax work.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
