About The Position

Provide timely and high-quality services exceeding client expectations. Collaboratively work with all levels of staff on client engagements. Manage client relationships, including assessing client needs, developing strategies and solutions to provide clients with the highest level of service. Pursue new business development. Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns when necessary. Cultivate a professional niche that suits your strengths and interests. Mentor staff to create future leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or finance from an accredited college/university is required
Must be a licensed CPA
Six years of experience working at a public accounting firm
Experienced in tax preparation and tax planning with multi state partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts (ideal but not required), and high net-worth individuals
Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client services
Strong analytical and report writing skills
Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills, and a positive attitude
Excellent time management and organization skills
