About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies. The Tax Manager will manage tax planning, reporting, audits, and compliance processes, including sales and use tax, multi-state taxation, fixed assets, and federal and state tax credits. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
5-10+ years of progressive tax experience.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all tax-related activities for the company.
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies.
Managing tax planning, reporting, audits, and compliance processes.
Managing sales and use tax, multi-state taxation, fixed assets, and federal and state tax credits.
Identify opportunities to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining compliance.
Manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns.
Coordinate quarterly and annual tax provisions and tax calculations.
