About The Position

This role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of the tax department and fostering the growth of clientele. Requirements
- CPA or EA license
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in tax accounting
- Proficiency in managing pass-through entities is essential
- Quickbooks and T.R. suite experience (especially if remote)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on taxation
- Proficiency in tax software and computer applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Leading tax planning initiatives and executing detailed reviews of intricate tax returns.
- Delivering a spectrum of tax and accounting services, including engagement planning and client communications.
- Playing a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding team members at the staff level, fostering growth and excellence.
