Public Accounting tax experience a must!

Requirements

5+ years of public accounting tax experience with a proven background in delivering advisory services, not just compliance is a MUST.
Active CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Tax REQUIRED
Deep knowledge of business taxation, pass-through entities, and tax minimization strategies.
Confidence in leading client-facing conversations and translating complex tax laws into actionable business advice.
You think strategically rather than transactionally and want to be part of building something exceptional.

Responsibilities

Lead tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings.
Design and implement high-impact strategies like cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation optimization.
Review financials to identify missed planning opportunities and advise on entity structuring and compensation optimization.
Prepare or review complex returns that reflect deep strategic planning rather than just transactional data entry.
Help strengthen and scale the firm's advisory offerings and elevate the firm’s technical standards.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.
