Requirements

  • CPA required.
  • Approximately 8–12+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
  • Deep expertise in partnership, pass-through, corporate, and closely held business taxation.
  • Proven success leading complex client engagements.
  • Experience mentoring and developing leaders.
  • Demonstrated business development and relationship-building success.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients and colleagues grow.
  • Professionals who embrace emerging technologies, AI-enabled tax solutions, and continuous innovation will be especially successful.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted advisor for complex middle-market clients by delivering proactive tax planning, solving sophisticated business challenges, and helping clients protect and create long-term value.
  • Lead engagement teams while developing Managers, Senior Associates, and Staff through coaching, delegation, succession planning, and technical leadership.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships, cultivate referral sources, participate in networking and speaking opportunities, and contribute to expanding the firm's market presence and advisory capabilities.
  • Improve engagement profitability, strengthen project management, embrace AI-enabled technologies, and identify innovative ways to improve quality, efficiency, and the client experience.
