Performs advanced administrative, organizational, and executive support functions for the Tax Department while serving as the primary administrative coordinator and Clerk to the Board for the Board of Equalization and Review (BER). This position coordinates department administrative operations, manages Board administration, maintains official records, prepares agendas and meeting materials, records official proceedings, ensures compliance with applicable statutes and records retention requirements, and provides high-level administrative support to department leadership. This position exercises considerable independent judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and organizational skills while coordinating activities involving County staff, Board members, attorneys, taxpayers, vendors, and the public.
