This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the County’s tax administration and revenue collection operations while serving the citizens and businesses of the community. The employee performs responsible administrative, financial, and customer service work involving the review, verification, preparation, and maintenance of tax-related information used in the billing and collection of real property, personal property, and special assessment taxes. Employees in this role regularly interact with taxpayers, attorneys, financial institutions, and other agencies to provide information, explain tax-related processes, and assist with resolving account issues in a professional and courteous manner.
