We are seeking a detail-oriented POS Analyst to support a point-of-sale team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with POS Administrators and third-party vendors such as NCR and Verifone, spending time analyzing logs, researching recurring production issues, and organizing large sets of data. You will be responsible for identifying trends, creating clear and insightful reports for leadership, and tracking ongoing issues through ticketing systems. This position is less focused on direct issue resolution and more centered on investigative research, documentation, and communication. You will act as a liaison between locations, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring issues are properly documented, escalated, and followed through to resolution. Additionally, you will partner with Level 1 Help Desk teams to develop documentation and deliver training on new processes and system updates. Strong Excel skills are essential, as you will frequently build and maintain reports using tools such as pivot tables to support data analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting POS systems (particularly Retalix), along with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate technical findings clearly, and adhere to established documentation and support standards.
