About The Position

Provides administrative support to partners, managers, and assigned teams. Coordinates meetings, schedules, travel, and other administrative activities. Assists with client and department support activities, including organizing income client information, tax return processing, review and issuance of final deliverables, and correspondence with clients. Supports office operations through mail processing, front desk coverage, answering phones, running occasional office errands, administration of office events, supply management, and client service. Collaborates with the administrative team to meet deadlines, ensure timely completing of assigned projects, and provide in-office coverage during business hours. Maintains accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and regular, predictable attendance while managing multiple priorities. Demonstrates flexibility by taking on new challenges and assisting with special projects and additional responsibilities as requested. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of past administrative support experience, preferably in a professional services or accounting firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, DocuSign, Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
