About The Position

Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos is opening its sixth location and is looking for talented, professional, and energized Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members. Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring 15 state-of-the-art 20” LCD gaming machines, a VIP Gaming Club, 18 high-definition TVs for sports, and a full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Great attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the kitchen and equipment are in good working order.
  • Maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
  • Maintains cleanliness of area.
  • Keeps cold items stocked.
  • Ensures kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
