About The Position
Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos is opening its sixth location and is looking for talented, professional, and energized Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members. Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring 15 state-of-the-art LCD gaming machines, a VIP Gaming Club, 18 high-definition TVs for sports action, and a full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, Beverage, Cordials and after dinner drinks.
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies.
- Responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances.
- Maintain the bar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.
