About The Position
Busy property management company seeking a task runner to deliver notices, attend meetings and showings, do inspections of vacant apartments, collect paperwork from tenants and more if able. Company truck available to use for the right candidate. Must be willing to drive 1-2 hours from Raleigh and back. Contract 1099 position. Flexible work from home options available.
