About The Position
TPI Hospitality is a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience, owning and operating over 25+ hotels and restaurants throughout Minnesota and Florida. The Task Force Manager will provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests, assist with day-to-day operations within hotel vacancies (including front office, food and beverage, maintenance, Housekeeping, etc.), monitor staff performance, and onboard, train, and mentor staff. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
