We are seeking a Targetprocess Adoption Lead to own the enterprise rollout, configuration, and long‑term adoption of our strategic portfolio and delivery management platform. This is a highly hands‑on, tool‑centric role responsible for transforming how teams plan, track, and report work across the organization. This role is ideal for a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or Tooling Lead who has lived inside Agile tooling, built dashboards and reporting, configured workflows, and driven adoption at scale. You will act as the product owner and evangelist for the platform, bridging governance, delivery, and transformation. This is not an order‑taking role. We are looking for someone who is curious, transformational, and able to understand the impact of tooling changes across teams, portfolios, and leadership decision‑making.
