About The Position

Mindsight Behavioral Health Group is seeking Professional Targeted Case Managers to join their team. This role involves connecting clients with essential services and resources to establish safety and stability, which is critical for their mental health success. The position is hybrid, utilizing mostly telehealth with occasional travel for community event involvement and client visits. The company emphasizes a sustainable workload and a long-term commitment from its employees. Mindsight is dedicated to providing excellent mental health services, particularly to those who may have difficulty affording them, and works closely with Medicaid providers.

Requirements

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a Human Services-related field.
One year of experience.
Must reside in or near the Louisville & Lexington, Kentucky areas.
Teamwork is a required skill.
