About The Position

The Targeted Case Management (TCM) Supervisor at the Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) oversees case management services for children and families involved in behavioral health, child welfare, and community-based programs. The TCM Supervisor provides leadership and support to case management staff while ensuring services are coordinated, effective, and compliant with Medicaid, state, and organizational requirements. Responsibilities include supervising case managers, monitoring caseloads and service delivery, reviewing documentation and service plans, ensuring compliance with TCM requirements, and coordinating services with internal teams and external providers. The TCM Supervisor also supports quality assurance, audits, reporting, and effective service coordination for children and families with complex needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Clinical licensure preferred or required based on program requirements.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in case management, child welfare, behavioral health, or a related field.
Prior supervisory or lead case management experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Medicaid-funded Targeted Case Management services and documentation requirements.
Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong supervisory, leadership, and case management skills.
Knowledge of child welfare, behavioral health, and community-based services.
Strong documentation, compliance, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage complex cases and competing priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.
Trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to working with children and families.
Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office technology.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
Clinical licensure preferred.
Prior supervisory or lead case management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support case managers providing services to children and families.
Monitor caseloads, productivity, documentation, and service quality.
Review and approve case documentation, service plans, and progress notes.
Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TCM, state, and organizational requirements.
Provide clinical or administrative supervision based on licensure and program requirements.
Coordinate services with internal departments, schools, healthcare providers, child welfare agencies, and community partners.
Support audits, reporting, quality assurance, and program compliance activities.
Assist case managers with complex or high-risk cases and service coordination.
Promote trauma-informed and culturally responsive service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality and protect client and patient information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
