About The Position

The Target Customer Sales Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing Haleon's commercial value by strategically deploying resources and leveraging assets in the Wellness category. This involves developing long-term business plans to advance Haleon's strategic goals with both internal and external stakeholders. The Target Customer Sales Manager is indispensable for driving Haleon's growth and success through strategic planning, resource utilization and fostering partnerships with Target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business discipline
  • 7 + years of field sales and industry related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, mine for insights and develop conclusions/strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen to ensure P&L management, gross to net accountability, and budget development.
  • Experience in, or working closely with Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Customer Strategy – and overall headquarter engagement
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Experience in creating and executing strategies and tactics to drive consumer/shopper engagement along the path to purchase.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (Travel 60%)

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets consistently.
  • Lead channel and e-commerce development.
  • Develop long-term customer business plans aligned with Haleon's objectives, ensuring financial targets and share growth.
  • Responsible for planning and monthly forecasting of all metrics that build to JBP commitments with Customer.
  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including full P&L management, Pricing Mix, and Gross to Net.
  • Utilize Haleon's resources effectively for sustainable business growth with positive ROI.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with senior customers to drive sales and profit.
  • Enhance strategic alignment with Target by integrating customer feedback into innovation.
  • Influence the Shopper Engagement process to drive effective activations.
  • Advise on strategy, creative execution, and media targets to drive sales and improve efficiencies.
  • Monitor media spend to ensure alignment with budget agreements.
  • Promote collaboration and efficiency across Target, positioning Haleon as a strategic partner.
  • Address organizational challenges and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and agility, empowering team members to embrace change.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with Target's objectives.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Manager to ensure proper inventory positions to support the business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor actions to inform strategies.
  • Develop a high-performing team, enhancing organizational capabilities.
