About The Position

Sun Tan City is seeking enthusiastic and fun individuals to join our team as Tanning Sales Consultants. This is a high-energy role where you will engage with clients, provide excellent customer service, make product and service recommendations, and contribute to maintaining a clean and positive salon environment. Requirements

Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and they are treated professionally.
Engage with clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
Make recommendations for products and services.
Maintain minimum sales requirements.
Multi-task, such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the best tanning and wellness options.
