About The Position

Experienced CDL-A Tanker/Hazmat Drivers are needed for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position. This is a 1099 contractor role based out of Chicago, with flights and drug tests paid. Drivers can expect to earn between $2,200–$2,400 weekly, with additional pay for detention, layover, and extra stops. Safety bonuses and cash advances are also available. The position involves driving a 48ft Reefer trailer carrying hazardous liquids with no-touch freight and live loads. Routes cover the Midwest, East Coast, and South. Drivers will operate new trucks (2024-2026 models) equipped with a fridge, microwave, and inverter. Home time is 2-3 days off after 2-3 weeks on the road, with the option to take the truck home. Pay is scheduled weekly via direct deposit every Friday.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A.
• Valid medical card.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
• X Endorsement (Hazmat).

Responsibilities

• Operate a 48ft Reefer trailer carrying hazardous liquids.
• Transport freight across the Midwest, East Coast, and South.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage live loads and ensure no-touch freight.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding route status and any delays.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
