In support of our TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) contract, the supervisor will manage the rate of participant non-compliance, hold weekly team meetings, schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly, and participate in monthly unit meetings. The role ensures ongoing and open communication with staff and peers, verifies that the application process is completed and initiated in the database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract, reviews comprehensive service plans, and ensures that case managers are monitoring client’s progress toward the goal of self-sufficiency. Other duties as assigned.
