In support of our TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) contract, the supervisor will manage the rate of participant non-compliance, hold weekly team meetings, schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly, participate in monthly unit meetings, ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers, ensure that the application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract, review comprehensive service plans, and ensure that case managers are monitoring client’s progress toward goal of self sufficiency. Other duties as assigned.
