This is a co-op position for students registered in a recognized co-op program, specifically targeting those within the Greater Victoria area. The role is for an 8-month duration, spanning Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 (September 2026 - April 2027). The position is located in Victoria, BC, at an office on the Selkirk Waterfront with views of downtown Victoria and the Olympic Mountains, and easy access to the Galloping Goose Regional Trail. The co-op student will be part of the Performance and Talent Development team, which focuses on helping employees thrive by connecting them to the organizational purpose and supporting them in their roles. This team delivers talent programs and services related to corporate learning, performance enablement, recognition, operational excellence, leadership, and employee engagement.
