As Talent Strategy Lead, you will work directly with our CEO to help make Forus one of the best companies in the world at identifying, attracting, and hiring extraordinary people. You will help us develop recruiting as a go-to-market function: understanding the people and talent markets we most need to reach, developing a differentiated strategy for reaching them, and creating process that enables Forus to win them. Your work will span talent intelligence, targeted hunting, relationship-building, talent brand, candidate assessment, and personally driving our most important searches. This is a high-impact tour of duty for an exceptional generalist, product builder, or strategist who wants to work on one of the most consequential problems inside a rapidly growing company. Prior recruiting experience is not required. We are looking for someone with excellent judgment, intellectual curiosity, creativity, and the drive to turn strategy into exceptional hires. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success.
