As a Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract and contract-to-full-time hiring. This includes devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating and managing telephone, video, and in-office interviews, and writing MPCs. You will also conduct all interviews, set up and evaluate assessments, and offer coaching and feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations, face-to-face events, meetings, and online networking. You will strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals, provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, and manage candidate relationships to maintain satisfaction. A key responsibility is locating and tracking candidates working for the competition. You will also maintain the accuracy of applications by inputting necessary criteria into the internal applicant tracking system.
