The position also supports communication with and internal and external stakeholders to obtain information and provide updates when needed. In addition, the role assists with operational system support activities and managing tickets related to operational or client inquiries. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a structured environment.
