About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain a strong network of talented IT professionals across Data Analytics, AI/ML, Java, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, IAM, and other technology domains. The primary responsibility is to identify high-quality professionals and convince them to join our talent bench, allowing AskMeIdentity to market their profiles to potential clients for current and future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source talented IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and other channels.
• Identify strong candidates across multiple technology domains and understand their skills and project experience.
• Approach candidates and effectively communicate the benefits of joining AskMeIdentity’s talent bench.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with candidates and keep them engaged.
• Obtain candidate consent to market their profiles for suitable client opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, resumes, skills, availability, and preferences.
• Continuously expand and refresh the active talent bench.
• Work with recruiters and business development teams to match bench talent with client requirements.
• Track sourcing, conversion, engagement, and bench-building metrics.
