- Experienced in recruiting, sourcing, sales, customer outreach, or talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Build and engage pipelines of exceptional talent for current and future opportunities.
- Leverage LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidate slates.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience through professional, authentic, and timely engagement.
- Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Jared brand and career opportunities.
