• Leverage LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidate slates.
• Create an outstanding candidate experience through professional, authentic, and timely engagement.
