About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is experiencing unprecedented growth and is expanding its Data Center footprint across North America. To meet the increasing hiring demand, OCI is launching the Data Center Sourcing Engine (DCSE), a dedicated sourcing organization focused on building and maintaining an always-on pipeline of highly qualified Data Center talent. The DCSE will act as the initial point of contact in Oracle's recruiting process, proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent before positions are officially opened. This proactive approach aims to enable faster hiring by creating strong, ready-to-hire talent pipelines, which is crucial for the significant volume and urgency of Oracle's Data Center expansion efforts. The team is building a group of Talent Sourcers across various career levels, with the specific level determined by a candidate's experience, sourcing expertise, and ability to influence hiring outcomes. Every Talent Sourcer will be instrumental in attracting exceptional Data Center talent and accelerating hiring for one of the industry's largest cloud infrastructure growth initiatives.
