About The Position

Feathery automates data intake workflows for enterprise companies across financial services, healthcare, and other regulated industries. Customers use Feathery to power mission-critical workflows like insurance underwriting, client onboarding, account openings, loan origination, and patient intake. With rapid revenue growth and increasing enterprise adoption, we’re scaling our go-to-market team to expand into larger accounts and new verticals. As Feathery continues to scale, we’re hiring across go-to-market, engineering, and product to support rapid growth. To support this growth, we’re building a dedicated sourcing function — someone who can identify high-signal talent, build pipelines from scratch, and create consistent candidate flow across critical roles. As an early member of the team, you’ll play a key role in helping us find and engage the talent we need to scale. This is a high-ownership role focused on building the top of funnel for our hiring function — driving proactive sourcing, pipeline generation, and talent mapping across GTM and technical roles. You’ll identify and engage high-signal talent, refine sourcing strategies, and ensure a consistent flow of strong candidates across roles. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we identify and engage top talent — helping us move faster while maintaining a high bar.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing or recruiting for GTM / Sales roles
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive talent
  • High ownership mindset — you take initiative and move things forward
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different personas
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing across skillsets including technical roles (SDR, AE, SWE, Solutions Engineers)
  • Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, and other modern sourcing platforms
  • Strong understanding of the North American talent market
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates across multiple channels and platforms
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across GTM and technical roles
  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels
  • Map talent and identify high-quality talent pools
  • Conduct targeted outreach across multiple sourcing channels and platforms
  • Craft high-quality, personalized messaging to engage passive talent
  • Screen and shortlist both sourced candidates and direct applicants
  • Deliver a high-quality, thoughtful candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Engage and nurture high-potential candidates across hiring needs
  • Partner closely with the Talent Lead and hiring managers on role requirements
  • Align on ideal candidate profiles and refine sourcing strategies
  • Keep pipelines organized and up to date in the ATS
  • Support scheduling, hiring events and broader talent outreach initiatives as needed
